Your India Spelling Bee School Certificate will be sent shortly by mail. This can be used in any school-related material /website / social media. We can send the soft copy of the ISB Logo and we request you to use this authorized logo only.

As a Registered School, you will get all the following benefits of India Spelling Bee 2020-21.

# A Guide Book each for all participating students of your school for preparation and improvement of spelling and vocabulary of class I – class IX. Presently this is being sent by email to each student due to COVID 19 pandemic, in PDF format.

# One Extra set of Guide Books for the school by Email

# Participation certificate for every student

# School Level contest at your school on any day before 30th March 2021. The date is to be decided by you and informed to us at least 30 days in advance

# The school-level contest can be held at your school in ONLINE FORMAT or PHYSICAL FORMAT as per your choice. You can decide and inform us accordingly. All requisite question papers will be sent by us.

# Free Online Practice tests for all students before the school contests. The dates for these practice tests can be also decided by you.

# Winners in each Group get Certificates of Merit and Medals. They also represent the school at the Regional and National level

# Some qualifiers could also be eligible for the Regional Finale level, depending on their performance

# There are no participation fees for the regional or national level.

# All activities covered and photo
s etc of the contest could be shared by us on social media.

CHARGES & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Keeping in mind the COVID 19 pandemic, we are also providing easy options for making payments.

1. The students register by filling the student registration form and make payments directly, online.

This can be sent to the students and parents by Whatsapp / email and the students can register and pay online. ( If you want a form with the school name on it, please inform us and we can make one accordingly ).

We will share all the details of the students who have paid, with you regularly. 2. The school may also collect the payment from students and make a collective payment to us. The Bank details will be sent to you, in this case.

Most Schools are using the 1st Option as it removes the hassles of collection of payment and submission to us. It is entirely up to the school to decide which option they would like to use.

Most importantly, the student registration form can also be customized or changed as per the school's requirements.

ONLINE CONTEST DETAILS -

- The contest is going to be held in the ONLINE FORMAT.
It will be held on the date and time, as decided by you ( the school ).
In case you wish to have it in the offline format, please inform us least 30 days before the proposed date of the contest.

- The students may participate from the school or homes ( as suitable ), with a smartphone or computer with internet connection for the online options.

- It is a very easy to use method, and many schools across India are using it.
